Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Havensight mobile game ("Havensight", "the game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Havensight is published by Mark Hunsinger. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we use Firebase Authentication. Depending on the method you choose, this includes your email address (email/password sign-in) or your Google account identifier and email (Google Sign-In). You may also play as a guest, in which case an anonymous account identifier is created.
- Game data. Your progress, saved games, player profile, in-game resources, and settings are stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, linked to your account identifier, so your progress is preserved across sessions and devices.
- Advertising data. The game shows rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may access your device's advertising identifier and related technical information. See "Advertising" below.
- Analytics data. The game uses Google Firebase Analytics, which may collect information about how the game is used (for example, which features are played and general device and usage information). This helps us understand and improve the game.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To save and synchronize your game progress.
- To display advertisements that fund the game.
- To analyze and improve gameplay, performance, and features.
Advertising
Havensight uses Google AdMob to display rewarded ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to provide and personalize ads and to measure ad performance. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown, and you may choose non-personalized ads.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). For more information about how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by the third-party service providers that operate the game's infrastructure:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Analytics) — account and game data.
- Google AdMob — advertising.
These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (see below), your account and associated game data are removed from our database.
Deleting Your Account and Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated game data from within the game: open Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. This removes your authentication account and your stored game data.
If you are unable to use the in-game option, you may request deletion by emailing mark.j.hunsinger@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, and we will delete your account and data.
Children's Privacy
Havensight is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can exercise the deletion right directly in the game, or contact us using the details below for other requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
